Ticket Sales & Deadlines
Tickets are released upon the official monthly schedule announcement by the Maritime and Port Bureau.
Kinmen to Xiamen:Booking closes at 12:00 PM (noon) one day before departure.
Xiamen to Kinmen:Booking closes at 12:00 PM (noon) three days before departure.
Check-in & Boarding
Procedure:After online payment, please check in and collect physical tickets at the departure port.
Window:Ticket collection begins 1 hour before departure and strictly closes 35 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
No-Show Policy:Failure to complete check-in at least 35 minutes before departure will result in the ticket being forfeited without a refund.
Discounted Tickets & Documentation
Valid original IDs must be presented for discounted fares (Resident, Senior, Disability, Child, or Infant):
Primary ID:Passport OR Kinmen-Matsu Permit.
Secondary ID:Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (Taibaozheng).
Visa on Arrival:Original National ID, Household Certificate, or Transcript.
Counter Check-in Requirements
Mandatory counter check-in is required for:
Passengers with Disability tickets (Original and copy of Disability Manual required; no companion discount provided).
Kinmen residents with an ID number not starting with "W".
Passengers applying for a Visa on Arrival.
Terms & Conditions
Validity:Tickets are valid ONLY for the specified date and voyage.
Modification:No changes, including rescheduling or re-routing, will be accepted after booking.
System Scope:This system is developed by Bungy Co., Ltd. We offer tickets for Taiwan-flagged vessels, the Kinmen-Quanzhou route, and specific Chinese-flagged vessels (Xun'an, Xin Jie An). If online tickets are unavailable, please contact the shipping company or port counter.
