Processing Fee: A refund fee of 10% of the ticket price applies to all ticket types.
Deadlines: Tickets are valid only for the specified date and voyage. Refunds must be processed 35 minutes before departure. No-shows will result in ticket forfeiture.
Xiamen-Kinmen Online Refund: Must be completed by 12:00 PM 3 days before departure. For other times, call our hotline 35 minutes before departure. Refund Hotline: +886-82-371412
Cancellations (Weather/Technical): Full refund without fees if the voyage is cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues. Affected return passengers must contact us within 3 days.
Refund Process: Applications take approx. 7 days to process with the bank. The actual credit date depends on the bank's policy.
System Limitation: Online refunds currently only support "full order cancellations." For single ticket refunds, please contact the hotline.
Receipts: Please collect processing fee receipts at our ticket counter.
