Agreement of Terms: By proceeding with this booking, you are legally bound by these terms.
Passenger Responsibility: The website and the company are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from passenger-related issues, including but not limited to invalid or expired travel documents.
Third-party Bookings: If you are booking on behalf of others, you must ensure that all passengers are informed of and agree to these terms. All legal responsibilities apply to the actual passenger upon purchase.
Check-in Requirement: Passengers must complete the check-in process at Shuitou Pier at least 35 minutes before the scheduled departure time with a valid photo ID.
Service Disruptions: All schedules are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or government orders.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate personal information (Full Name, ID/Passport Number, Date of Birth, and required Travel Permits). The company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.
Duplicate Bookings: Multiple bookings for the same passenger on the same voyage are prohibited. Duplicate seats will be canceled automatically, and standard refund fees will apply.
Non-transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named passenger. If the ID information is incorrect, the ticket must be refunded and repurchased within the permitted timeframe; otherwise, the ticket will be voided.

Governing Rules: In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and the company’s internal regulations, the company’s official shipping contracts and rules shall prevail.
